Yankee candle vanilla chai and pink sands wax tarts - These are my first ever Yankee candle tarts, and so far I am very impressed! I have a burner already, however the dish where you put the tartlet in is very small, so I have to break them up, which is fine by me, as I only use a tiny amount each time! I've burnt pink sands so far, and I am in love! It is a prefect blend of citrus, florals and vanilla, however its not overly sweet, which I like. I am yet to burn vanilla chai, but this one smells like ginger, cinnamon and of course vanilla! I love autumn and Christmas scents, so this ones perfect for me! Another tartlet just popped through my door, and that ones called 'home sweet home,' I'm in love with it! It smells like cinnamon, freshly baked bread and tea! 3 of my favorite things! Again, I'm yet to burn it, but I'm excited to see what it smells like when it's properly melted! You can most properly tell, i'm a sucker for anything cinnamon!
When I came back from a sleepover and BBQ, I found out that my auntie had given me some unused soap and glory items, as she didn't like the smell of them! I was very chuffed, as I've been wanting to try the sugar crush body scrub for yonks, and i love hand food, but I've never owned a full size bottle!
The righteous butter, is a very indulgent feeling lotion. Its very creamy and thick, however when applied, it absorbs pretty fast , and moisturizes even the driest patches. Its something I use at night, as i find it a little thick for the day, however, once I've showered and want to apply lotion that's heavier than a regular lotion, this is my first choice! The scent is fresh and floral, which i enjoy!
Sugar crush is a fantastic scrub, which smells good enough to eat! It scrubs off any dead skin cells leaving fresh and scale-free skin! I use this before I shave my legs, as I think it is the perfect thing to use before de-fuzzing my legs! The scent is great, with brown sugar, lime, almond oil and macadamia grains, its very sweet and fresh. However, its not too overly sickly!
Now, foot cream is not something a girl of my age would usually use, but i'm impressed by this! It is nice to have smooth skin on your feet, especially in these summer months, when you wear sandals and flip-flops! It says to apply, then pop on a pair of cotton socks before going to bed. I don't do this, as i can't sleep with socks on, but i do apply it, if I'm wearing socks in the morning, so it has the whole day to to its magic! Its hydrating, but not sticky on my feet, and smells fruity, which i think is perfect as people tend to use foot lotions in the summer months!
I love hand food! Its my most favorite hand cream, just simply because it actually works. Its so hydrating, yet never, ever does it leave my hands feeling like there is residue on my skin. I always have a mini one of these in my school bag, as its great to apply during the day for when you feel like you need some moisture! The scent is very similar to the righteous butter, which i like! Overall, its just an amazing product!
Whilst at a vintage fair, I stumbled upon these converse! I love converse, and they are one of my favorite shoes, as i can wear the with dresses, jeans, skirts, shorts, whatever, and they look great!
They have been worn quite a bit, but i purchased them for £11, which I think is great, for a pair of shoes retailing at £42! Grey is a colour, which goes with everything, and i know I will be wearing these a lot! I prefer shoes to look a bit grubby and worn, so these a perfect!
You may think its barmy to buy two pairs of converse in one month, but these were in the next sale for only £20! I got these a few weeks before i purchased the grey ones. Black low tops have been on my shopping list for ages, but I've just never got round to buying them, and when I found black low tops in the sale, I was over-joyed!
When I ordered them, I wasn't sure if i'd of liked the star print, however when they arrived I loved it! They are different from most converse which makes them great. I've now got 4 pairs of converse, but one pair are very old, and need to be given away!
I am very happy with everything, I've acquired this month, and i know ill use/wear everything all the time! I did buy some other small things, like cleanser, deodorant and shower gel, but I thought these things went too interesting, so I didn't include them! I hope you all had a great month!
